LMC Cooking Demo

Hilary Stevenson from Livestock & Meat Commission informed our Year 8 pupils about the importance of using farm quality assured beef and lamb and the benefits of it in our diet. She made 2 dishes, ‘Yummy lamb curry’ and ‘Hoi Sin beef with fine noodles’. 8A thoroughly enjoyed this cookery demonstration and the opportunity to taste the dishes afterwards.
